Designate a day as a Holiday to categorize all hours worked as Holiday hours worked.

Feature:  Holiday hours worked can be assigned a pay wage adjustment of 1.5x or 2.0x.  All pay categories may also be upgraded to count towards OT at 1.5x or 2.0x the regular pay wage.
