(*Note: Saturday, October 17th activities are optional)

Attendees:  This year's conference will again be packed with a variety of classes and events.  All classes are included with conference registration.   Participation for activities and events taking place on Wednesday (excluding golf tournament), Thursday and Friday are also included with your registration cost.  Activities for the Saturday Park City Adventure are additional pay-for opportunities that can be selected through the conference registration form (see below).

  • 1st Attendee: $239 through 8/15/2009 (SAVE $50)   (Regular Price: $289)
  • Additional Attendees: $199 each
  • Spouse/Guest Attendee: $100     (Note: includes meals, but not classes)

Visit www.thecanyons.com to view room options. All conference sessions will take place in the Grand Summit Hotel, but attendees may choose to stay at the Sundial Lodge, located just a few minutes walking distance from the Grand Summit.

Deposit:  One night's lodging is due at time of booking the reservation. Final payment is due at checkout.

Cancellation:  Reservations must be cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeit charges of one nights lodging. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival forfeit one nights lodging. No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades.   

Cut-Off Date:  All unreserved portions of the guestroom block will be released on Saturday, August 29, 2009. Be sure to book your room before then to ensure it's not sold to the public.

Transportation:  If you are attending the office tour please arrange your transportation from the Salt Lake International airport to the SwipeClock office. After the tour, catch the SwipeClock shuttle to the resort. If you are not attending the tour you will need to arrange your own transportation to The Canyons from the airport.
