Pay Rate Override

Client Records

You may add or override any payments for selected employees as needed.

 

 

Step 1

To administer a pay rate over-ride, access the employee's personal time card by selecting the Time Cards  link located in the Main Menu (see illustration). 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2 Select the pay-period in which you wish to edit, or to view and edit punches from any previous pay-period, select the click here for more pay-periods link found below those periods already displayed (see illustration).  Note: All activity history is saved both on and off line
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3 After showing the activity, designate an employee from the provided list to view and administer their individual time card.
 

 

Step 4 When editing the time card, a number of operations may take place, each of which, will fall under one of two entry types: a pay rate over-ride or addition and editing punches.  These two functions are best performed in separate links. To add a sort of pay-type, click on the date  or to edit and correct a missing punch, click on the Edit  link of the time card (see illustration 1.3)Remember, any terminology in blue will either navigate further into the site or offer a pop-up help display.  
 



 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 5 When correcting or adding a simple punch, utilize the Time In and Time Out entry boxes.  You must enter standard time, unless your account is alternately configured with military time, by including AM and PM with the time entry

Save the changes and the time card will be updated instantaneously
