Web Clock Functions

Using the Web Clock will enable employees to clock in and out online or view their personal time card via a web browser 

Note:  In order for an employee to have use of the Web Clock, a Web Password  must be setup in the employee's setup file.

 

 

Step 1

Punching in and out using the Web Clock, or viewing your personal time card as an employee, is accomplished in the Employee Login link located on your payroll service providers web site.
 

Step 2 By selecting the Employee Login link, you've now accessed all functions of the Web Clock You may perform one of two tasks from this frame: clock in and out OR view your personal time card in the View Timecard link (see illustration 1.3).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3 The activity entry requires a personal ID number, a web password, indication of which action to perform (clock in/out) and the punch to be submitted (see Illustration). 
 

 

Step 4 The View Timecard option allows employees to view their time cards directly from the internet.
