Frozen or
unfrozen defines whether or not pay periods and punches from
previous records may be changed by administrative alterations such as
rounding, script or pay frequency rules.
Note: When applying
changes to an account, both future and past records will be altered,
according to the new settings. If changes to previous pay periods or
specific employees are unwanted, the appropriate records must be
frozen to be protected.
Warning: When
unfreezing date ranges, the old settings will be lost and the
current account settings will be applied the previously frozen records. |
